Bon Voyage Titanic, THS’s 40th Convention Announcement
Front Cover: This wonderful photograph of an unknown nurse who is poking her head through one of HMHS Britannic’s sidelights is one of the fascinating snapshots that chronicle the former White Star liner’s wartime service in Vivian Prideaux’s collection. Prideaux was a patient on board who lived in London and was returning home on her in October 1916. We tried to locate the place on her hull; it appears that she is at the top of the second painted red cross between the second and third funnel. Vivian F. Prideaux/THS Collection.

Back Cover: A composition of three early White Star ships representing Majestic, Adriatic or Celtic, Britannic or Germanic. taken from contemporary advertising illustration for the front cover of sheet music, “The White Star Polka March.” Kamuda collection.
