Included in the programme is Madame Sarah Bernhardt, the Royal Opera Orchestra conducted by Sir Edward Elgar, etc. The booklet includes prose, The Heroic Dead by Alfred Noyes, Herodias’s Daughter by W. L. Courtney, In Memoriam by Stephen Phillips, The Kingdom of Heaven by E Temple Thurston, and other selections. Also a dozen full page archival photographs of actors and performers from the theater including prima ballerina Madame Pavlova. An interesting piece of the period.
